Program Overview Are you looking to advance your nephrology training at a nationally recognized academic medical center? UT Southwestern is now accepting applications for our 2026–2027 Transplant Nephrology Fellowship.

Program Responsibilities As a high-volume, multi-organ transplant center serving North Texas and beyond, UTSW offers exceptional clinical exposure, a wide range of transplant pathology, and a strong educational foundation centered on trainee growth. Fellows take part in multidisciplinary inpatient care, longitudinal outpatient management of pre- and post-transplant recipients, living donor evaluations, weekly selection committee meetings, and a full schedule of didactic, CPC, and M&M conferences. You’ll also have access to robust elective and scholarly opportunities, with support to attend national AST meetings.
