Adv Quality Inspector

Pay Estimated: $26.48-$31.48/Hour

Responsibilities
Perform inspections on incoming parts, materials, assemblies, and equipment to verify compliance with technical and quality requirements
Conduct real‑time defect evaluation, including identification, documentation, and verification of corrective actions and rework
Utilize knowledge of electrical theory to assess electronic assemblies and test setups
Prepare and maintain QA documentation, ensuring accurate reporting of findings and traceability
Interface with internal teams and occasionally with external suppliers to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement
Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
Experience: Minimum of 4 years directly related inspection experience, including receiving/incoming inspection
Certifications: Familiarity or certification in J‑STD‑001/002, IPC‑610, MIL‑STD‑883, MIL‑STD‑750, and X‑Ray inspection is preferred or may be required
Proficient in:
ESD controls and workmanship standards
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques
Basic electronic and mechanical test setups
On‑site work is required
