About the Role The Operations Analyst II is responsible for developing and delivering analytical findings creating and maintaining multiple reports and working with a variety of stakeholders to identify areas of advancement on topics ranging from data infrastructure to business strategy decisions.

Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain performance metrics reporting for the sales and customer service support teams

Prepare quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel SQL and other analytic & visualization tools to develop meaningful insights of various program performance

Provide forward‑looking and historical analysis for strategic initiatives through modeling and sensitivity tool usage

Produce clear and concise presentations regarding projects and other assigned tasks

Provide ad hoc analytical support to various teams throughout the business

Create reporting for key performance indicators monitor results and provide analysis of results to company stakeholders

Define benchmarks for success within the division using historical analysis

Collaborate with department leaders to build analyze and defend strategy and business cases for new initiatives workflow enhancements technological enhancements etc.

Translate high level business problems into meaningful analysis and provide recommendations to stakeholders

Complete assigned tasks quickly and with a sense of urgency

Develop expert knowledge of business processes data generated within each process and flow of data within the database

Skills/Abilities

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint

Strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio

Excellent oral and written communication skills especially relating to presentation development

High level of self‑motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently

Strong organizational and time management skills

Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset; a high degree of accuracy is required in all functions

Ability to explain complex concepts and data to key stakeholders ignored to assist in decision making

High level of curiosity and problem‑solving aptitude

Resourcefulness and ability to push through ambiguity and find answers independently

Vocal and Consistent contributor of ideas to help solve problems and generate solutions

Team player; must be able to contribute to the team and rely on others to achieve objectives

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or related field

Minimum of 2 years experience in analyst role (finance operations business or equivalent) required

Experience working with technical applications and programming languages like PowerBI, Tableau, Python R etc. highly preferred

Physical Requirements

Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
