About the Position We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our Development & Construction team. This role will provide on-the-ground supervision and coordination for new design-build projects, oversee special one-off projects, and support capital expenditure improvements at our existing hospitality properties. At times, the Site Supervisor may also assist the Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) team with projects at active properties when additional support is needed.
This position is part of an operating hospitality company — our restaurants and hotels never “sleep.” As such, the Site Supervisor must be prepared to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, when project deliverables, openings, or maintenance needs are required.
Key Responsibilities New Project Supervision (Design-Build)
Act as site lead for new construction and renovation projects.
Coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors, schedules, and inspections.
Ensure design intent and construction quality meet MML’s design-forward standards.
Track project progress, maintain site documentation, and report to the Director of Construction.
Special Projects
Manage small, one-off build-outs or modifications for restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality spaces.
Deliver quick-turn solutions with attention to design detail, quality, and schedule.
Work with internal teams (design, operations, facilities) to execute custom Solutions.
Capex & Existing Properties
Support capital expenditure improvements across the property portfolio (e.g., remodels, infrastructure upgrades, brand updates).
Oversee contractors work on active sites while minimizing disruption to operations.
Partner with the R&M team to deliver design-forward upgrades efficiently.
Repairs & Maintenance (as needed)
Provide supplemental site support to the R&M team when workload requires.
Assist in ensuring small-scale projects, repairs, or upgrades are delivered to brand standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of construction experience, including supervisory/site leadership roles.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or design-forward projects strongly preferred.
Knowledge of construction trades, sequencing, permitting, and inspections.
Ability to communicate effectively with ownership, design teams, and contractors.
Hands-on approach with a focus on detail and quality control.

Flexibility to pivot between large new builds, small projects, and occasional R&M support.
