Role Description
This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Personal Trainer located in Tulsa, OK. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for developing personalized fitness programs based on client goals and needs, monitoring their progress, and providing motivation and support. Day‑to‑day tasks also include conducting one‑on‑one or group training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, ensuring client safety, and maintaining the fitness facility's cleanliness and equipment. The Personal Trainer will also cultivate positive client relationships to promote retention and referrals.
Qualifications
Expertise in fitness training, physical health, and exercise science principles
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate clients
Ability to create personalized fitness plans and modify exercises to suit varying fitness levels and needs
Demonstrated skills in time management, organization, and professional conduct
Knowledge of safety guidelines and the ability to maintain a safe workout environment
CPR/AED certification (required) and relevant fitness certifications such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM (preferred)
Previous experience in personal training or fitness instruction (preferred)
Passion for health and fitness with a positive, energetic attitude
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plus
