Primary Purpose Of Organizational Unit The UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy (www.pharmacy.unc.edu) is one of six health science schools (Pharmacy, Nursing, Dentistry, Social Work, Public Health, Medicine) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is one of the oldest health science academic programs at Chapel Hill. The School teaches approximately 600 PharmD students and 145 graduate students. The School has built a reputation for its continued pursuit of excellence, rigorous education and training programs, cutting‑edge multidisciplinary research, progressive pharmacy practices, efficient business operations, and its outstanding faculty, staff, and students. Position Summary The project manager will lead day‑to‑day coordination and execution of all activities for the K08, including maintaining the master project timeline, organizing project meetings, and serving as the primary communication link between the PI, co‑investigators, clinical partners, and data teams. They will support intervention design by coordinating expert advisory panel activities, gathering and synthesizing stakeholder input, and assisting in the development of workflows, training materials, and fidelity tools. They will manage regulatory requirements by preparing IRB submissions and amendments, maintaining protocol documentation, and ensuring compliance with human subjects and data security standards. During implementation, they will oversee participant recruitment, monitor fidelity to intervention procedures, coordinate scheduling and training for clinical staff, and troubleshoot operational challenges. They will work closely with data teams to ensure high‑quality data collection, monitor data completeness and accuracy, and support reporting, analysis, and dissemination activities throughout the project.
Minimum Education And Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
