Experience:
At least 3 years of experience selling staffing solutions (security preferred); 5+ years of progressive industry-related sales experience ideal.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Description Greene Resources is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their growing and dynamic team. The role will drive new business growth within the regional market for contract security guard services across Oregon and Washington. The individual is responsible for generating leads, identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and securing new security staffing contracts with commercial, industrial, and public‑sector clients.
Identify key decision‑makers and prospect new clients through calls, networking, and outreach campaigns.
Conduct territory research to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
Develop, deliver, and negotiate customized proposals for security staffing contracts.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow‑up and relationship management.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and association meetings as a company representative.
Collaborate with operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
Maintain activity notes and opportunity data within Salesforce.
Position Requirements
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet revenue goals.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and LinkedIn.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to travel extensively throughout Oregon and Washington.
