Summary Primary role is to handle sheet metal in various states of work in progress to assist in the manufacturing process.
Essential Functions
Sort sheet metal.
From a skeleton and place in a pile.
Collect finished sheet metal parts and place into racks.
Run full carts to the assembly stations.
Retrieve empty carts from the assembly line stations.
Count/inventory sheet metal on a needed basis.
Ability to communicate with walkie‑talkie in English.
Qualifications / Skills
Entry level position. HS diploma preferred but not required.
Self‑starter and attention to detail a must.
Safety / Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Requires bending, stooping, and standing.
Must be able to stand from six (6) to eight (8) hours per day. (Overtime may extend time period.)
Good visual and spatial perception.
Follow established safety policies including mobile equipment, PPE, emergency response, HAZCOM, first‑aid response, etc.
