HR Assistant

Orvix Engineering , you will support the HR team in executing HR functions, aligning with the mission to provide innovative and sustainable solutions. This dynamic role requires proactive HR administrative tasks, recruitment support, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing Support: Assist with job postings, coordinate interviews, support onboarding, maintain ATS.

Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensure accurate documentation, handle confidential information.

Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist payroll processing, respond to employee queries, administer benefits programs.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws, prepare HR reports, assist in audits.

Employee Relations and Engagement: Manage employee relations issues, organize events, handle grievances.

Training and Development Support: Organize training sessions, maintain training records.

HR Administrative Support: Provide day‑to‑day admin support, maintain filing systems, coordinate meetings.

Health, Safety, and Well‑Being: Support health and safety programs and employee well‑being initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) is a plus but not required.

Experience: At least 12 years of experience in an HR assistant or administrative role, preferably in a corporate or engineering environment. Familiarity with HR software (HRIS, payroll systems, ATS) is preferred. Experience in recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance is a plus.

Skills: Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to handle confidential information, excellent organizational skills, time management, and teamwork.

Job Information

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $22.00 – $37.00 per hour

Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Expected Hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid (Denver, CO, United States)

Schedule: Monday to Friday
