Job Title: Restoration Client Services Coordinator
Department: Admin
Reports To: Coordinator Manager
Position Summary
The Coordinator plays a key role in supporting project workflow and client satisfaction. This position coordinates communication between customers, insurance adjusters, technicians, and internal teams to ensure accurate job documentation, timely scheduling, and efficient project coordinator. Responsibilities include routing and scheduling jobs, maintaining follow-ups to schedule, supporting technicians and completing billing and collections. Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service. Billing and collections Customer, adjuster and internal communication Coordinate jobs and schedule technician routes from the office. Manage documentation ingoing/outgoing Ensure accurate job documentation by checking technicians’ work Ensure water restoration jobs meet established standards. Oversee offsite operations to implement leadership directives. Approve fuel purchases for staff Follow up on unscheduled jobs Complete assigned tasks Update spreadsheets Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma Experience: Coordinating, accounting administrative/clerical and restoration experience a plus Certifications/Licenses: N/A but WRT and ASD are a plus Skills: Organized, proactive, driven, communication, billing & collections, team collaboration, problem-solving Working Conditions
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding office environment.
