As part of its strategy, the IRC is committed to becoming an outcome-driven, evidence-based organization with a strong focus on data-driven programming.The Measurement Officer plays a critical role in advancing this vision by ensuring high-quality data is accessible, actionable, and used to improve program outcomes. This position supports data management, analysis, visualization, and capacity-building efforts across RAI. The Measurement Officer reports to the Senior Director of Measurement and works in close collaboration with the department Performance Monitoring Lead, the Technology & Innovation Program Officer, the RAI Information Systems team, program offices, and technical units.**Major Responsibilities****Make High-Quality Data Accessible**•

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and related standard operating procedures (SOPs).



Lead data QA and cleaning for annual statistics and other departmental performance monitoring initiatives.



Analyze network-wide trends and advise stakeholders on areas of concern.



Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from RAI, other IRC departments, and funders.



Enhance data visualization and contribute to the design of internal and external materials and presentations.



Ensure the department’s Indicator Selection Tool remains up to date.**Support Client Feedback Data Collection and Use**•

Develop and update guidance on collecting and using client feedback data.



Design cost-effective methods for administering client feedback surveys.



Batch upload client feedback data into the department’s data management system.



Support analysis of client feedback data, with a focus on qualitative insights.**Build Data Capacity Across RAI**•

Create and deliver user-friendly training sessions for RAI staff on data collection and analysis tools, reporting, and data use.

Assist staff in establishing systems to review and use data for program improvement.

Perform other duties as assigned.**Job Requirements**•

Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience in a relevant field.



Experience: Minimum 3 years in data analysis and visualization;



Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with qualitative data software (e.g., Dedoose, NVivo, ATLAS.ti etc.).



Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.



Interpersonal: Strong diplomatic and networking skills; ability to manage diverse internal and external relationships.



Cultural Competence: Multi-cultural sensitivity and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.



Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.



Mindset: Innovative, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.

Experience with PowerApps**Compensation:** (*Pay Range: $77,000- $82,000*) Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget.
