This position reports to the Business Inclusion Specialist Lead and requires considerable initiative, Small Business Program compliance knowledge, contact with the public and critical thinking.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**1. Support the Business Inclusion Specialist Lead in the administration and implementation of the ACDBE program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
2.
Assist with ensuring agreements with prime and sub-concessionaires include required city, state and federal terms, conditions, and provisions.
3.
Monitor sub-concessionaire utilization by primes and maintain monthly audit reports.
4.
Perform site visits and other program compliance reviews, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments, and effective communication of contract change orders or amendments.
5.
Participate in mediations and propose solutions for any conflicts that may arise.
6.
Assist with data tracking and compliance reporting.
7.
Update Request for Council Action (RCA) documents and maintain approved RCA records in project files, for all contracts subject to ACDBE program compliance.
8.
Monitor and respond to support tickets and requests from vendors in the Inclusion CLT (B2Gnow) system, ensuring the resolution occurs in a timely manner.
9.
Assist with the logistical planning and implementation of outreach, program awareness, and educational events.
10.
Provide any additional support as needed.**COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE OF JOB DUTIES:**Knowledge of:

Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and other MS Office Programs with the ability to learn new programs quickly. Experience utilizing database programs and ability to access information from the Internet and Intranet.Skilled in:
