Talascend is currently seeking a
Supplier Manager
for a contract opportunity with our client in
Phoenix, Arizona .
Overview Essentially a supplier manager role, coordinating and managing the deliveries of about a dozen suppliers to support building aircraft engines and mechanical assemblies.
Responsibilities
Responsible for supplier performance, delivery, schedule execution.
Expected to resolve all supplier issues, including quality, capacity, delivery, material shortages, payment issues, supply chain interruptions, tooling, design clarification, etc.
Report out to multiple internal teams as we support multiple manufacturing sites but also different customer platforms.
Work is done in SAP, SharePoint, Teamcenter and various web-based applications.
