Shifts Available:
• Third/Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM • $3,500 (LPN) or $5,000 (RN) Retention Bonus Available for 2nd or 3rd Shift! - Deliver safe, resident-centered care • Collaborate with care teams, physicians, and families • Serve as a clinical role model and resource for staff
Current LPN or RN license in KY (or reciprocal state) in good standings with no restrictions • Long-term care experience preferred
