Paralegal - Corporate M&A - Senior Deal Support Role
Our client, a forward-thinking, next-generation law firm, is seeking a Corporate M&A Paralegal with a minimum of five years of hands‑on transactional experience to join its growing corporate practice. This is a hybrid role built for a paralegal who wants meaningful ownership of work, direct access to attorneys, and a professional environment that values exacting standards alongside a sustainable pace. This flexibility exists within a fast-moving, deadline-driven deal environment and is best suited for paralegals who thrive under responsibility.
Base pay range : $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types : Annual Bonus
Responsibilities :
Support a steady flow of corporate and M&A transactions, including asset and stock acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and related commercial matters.
Core member of the deal team, managing diligence and closing workflows, maintaining transaction trackers and closing checklists, coordinating signature packets and closing sets.
Support entity formation and governance tasks, and handle post‑closing filings and organization.
Run with a matter, anticipate next steps, keep transactions moving with minimal supervision.
Qualifications :
Minimum five years of hands‑on transactional experience.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple live deals simultaneously.
Strong judgment to spot issues, elevate appropriately, and see matters through from start to finish.
Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 plus bonus and an excellent benefits package.
