Application Systems Analyst / Programmer Specialist
Contract:

Role Summary Hands‑on role supporting enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, .NET development, and AV/streaming systems. Focused on system reliability, automation, and secure, accessible technology delivery.
Must‑Have Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2/3 support for SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365.
Design and administer SharePoint sites (pages, lists, libraries, permissions, governance).
Develop and support .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs, and SQL.
Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reports.
Implement Power Platform governance, ALM, and DLP policies.
Administer DocuSign templates, workflows, integrations, and user access.
Support AV and streaming systems (e.g., Tricaster, live events, conferencing tools).
Manage video and digital media workflows including transcoding, metadata, and archiving.
Use Git, follow CI/CD fundamentals, and apply secure coding practices.
Document SOPs, workflows, and technical processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of enterprise application systems analysis/programming.
Strong experience with .NET, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and DocuSign.
Experience with API‑based integrations.
Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to support live incidents.
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
Knowledge of accessibility, security, and compliance standards.
Nice to Have
Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, M365, Azure Fundamentals).
Media production or AV streaming experience.
Experience with video platforms or media asset management tools.
