Join Customer Care Management (CCM) as we transform for international customer excellence in a digital world. We need you to support people in their ability to work, willingness and satisfaction.
As the disciplinary lead next to the functional leads, you will empower and develop employees for self-responsibility and self-organization. You will support in the change process to grow into the new roles by clear demarcation of responsibilities and close/transparent communication. The disciplinary management (salary, promotion, leave of absence, evaluation, etc.), including administrative activities and consideration of the employment law framework will also be part of your tasks.
Your contribution
You will play a vital role in shaping the future international Customer Care matrix structure and make that successfull.
Customer Care Management is an international matrix organization in which you will work together with colleagues from France, Germany, Italy and Poland.
Your disciplinary responsibility will be focused to the local employees.

Your education
You have successfully completed a study with a HR / Personal development focus.
Your experience
You are experienced in people management with respective leadership skills including tools and methods like e.g. feedback and development discussions. You are proficient to standardize HR-related procedures as link between HR function and international Customer Care Management.
You have a minimum B2-level English proficiency as well as C1-level Italian and very good people management skills. Also you have coaching, learning facilitator skills and a performance-oriented people development mindset. Communication, complexity reduction, fluid/ iterative and transparent management skills (e.g. conceptual skills) round off your profile.
You are well experienced and enjoy working in an intercultural team setup. You thrive to work in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful, and changing environment. And you also are enthuastic and able to deal with conflicts in a positive and constructive way.
