As a
Supplier Support Specialist (m/f/d) , you support suppliers in using our SaaS platform, answer technical and content‑related questions, and ensure a smooth user experience. You work closely with an international team and actively contribute to the quality and continuous improvement of our support.
What can you expect? Supplier support & user care Support suppliers with questions related to the platform, questionnaires, and documentation requirements
Ensure an empathetic, professional, and solution‑oriented user experience
Handle incoming requests via CRM/ticketing systems, email, and chat
Document support cases in a structured and transparent way
Analysis & problem solving Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and content‑related support issues
Independently prioritize, track, and follow up on support topics
Internal collaboration Work closely with internal teams such as Product Management, ESG Experts, and Customer Success
Actively share insights to improve product quality and support processes
Projects & continuous improvement Contribute to internal initiatives such as:
Maintaining and improving the knowledge base
Supporting webinars and training formats
Reporting and process optimisation projects
Actively help shape and continuously improve our support workflows
What should you bring along? Experience with digital platforms At least 2 years of experience working with SaaS platforms or digital applications (B2B experience is a plus)
Support & system experience At least 2 years of experience working with CRM or support systems (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
Confident use of digital tools
Structured, solution‑oriented, and process‑driven way of working
High level of reliability and strong ownership mindset
Communication & languages Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in German and English
Additional languages (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese) are a plus
Personal strengths Empathetic and professional approach when dealing with users
Intercultural competence and enjoyment of working in international teams
Strong willingness to learn and openness to new topics
Versatility in handling different tools and tasks
