Job Responsibilities
Communicate with opposing counsel to assess case status and explore negotiation or mediation opportunities.
Assist on pre‑litigation matters within employment law.
Support the negotiation team in drafting offers and responding to counterpart proposals.
Qualifications
California Bar license
California residence
Willingness to work a 3‑month contract prior to permanent hire
Experience or strong interest in pre‑litigation employment law
