Job Overview We are a Los Angeles-based litigation boutique with a deep bench of trial‑tested attorneys and a longstanding focus on defending public entities, insurers, and private businesses. Our team is known for delivering consistent results in high‑stakes cases, with a track record of over 200 trials and a string of defense verdicts. We combine strategic advocacy, courtroom experience, and responsive service to resolve complex disputes efficiently and effectively.

We are seeking a Labor and Employment Litigation Associate to join our Los Angeles office, located in the Downtown/Bunker Hill area. This is a full‑time role with flexibility for in‑office or hybrid work based on the candidate’s preference.

Responsibilities

>Independently manage labor and employment litigation matters with increasing responsibility over time Handle court appearances, depositions, written discovery, mediations, law and motion practice, and trial preparation

Serve as lead attorney on assigned cases, maintaining regular communication with clients

Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators in a supportive, team‑oriented environment

Meet an annual billable target of 1,900 hoursli>

Qualifications

2–8 years of labor and employment litigation experience preferred

Background in public entity defense, insurance defense, or business litigation is a plus

Strong litigation skills and ability to take initiative with minimal supervision

Active member of the California Bar in good standing
