About the job Business analyst manager
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, goals, and challenges.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for developers.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to gather requirements.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories, process flows, and use cases.
Work closely with the development team to ensure the delivered solution meets business objectives.
Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements to current systems or processes.
Support testing efforts by defining test cases, reviewing results, and addressing issues.
Monitor project progress, resolve roadblocks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with wireframing or prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are a plus.
