Job Purpose The role will be responsible for leading and driving strategic programs in the North America Logistics organization, in close partnership with the Supply Chain & IT Organization. You’ll be focused on developing robust mechanisms to assist in digitizing Supply Chain through integration, training, testing and support plans for advanced Transportation processes. The scope of this role will reach across all categories and touch all functions in organization.
Key Responsibilities
The Logistics Development Associate Manager will be responsible for identification and implementation of strategic initiatives, projects and programs, to reach the expected cost efficiency aligned to Supply Chain Strategy ambition, through the deployment of strategic capabilities and transformational initiatives, with focus on Transport.
Partners closely with the NA Logistics team, Planning, Customer Service, IT, R&D, Engineering and 3PL providers to drive operation performance improvements using technology, business process and continuous improvement.
You will analyze data via Cost to Serve principles and implement continuous improvement activities that drive business value creation.
Strong expertise in linear optimization, simulation, and general modelling design principals.
Strong expertise in data extraction, cleaning, organization, and presentation, leveraging information from SAP ECC and Power BI to build analyses from scratch.
Strong expertise in Warehousing & Transportation operations, preferably in a frozen environment.
Demonstrated track record of leading large cross‑functional groups through complex supply initiatives from concept through execution.
Needs to be comfortable with ambiguous problems and leveraging wide/diverse networks to solve.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying model outputs clearly to senior stakeholder.
What You Need to Succeed
The ideal candidate must be a thought leader with a demonstrated ability to lead strategic programs and change management.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in required for consideration, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management.
It is required that you have at least 2 years of experience in Logistics or Planning in a Consumer‑Packaged Goods environment, preferably in multiple functions.
You will need to be a results‑oriented, innovative thinker with a focus on continuous improvement. Strong analytical aptitude with a validated ability to analyze/interpret data.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with all levels of management.
You will need the ability to work in a fast‑paced business environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability by managing numerous priorities concurrently; organizational and time‑management abilities are a must.
Finally, you will need advanced technical skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and PowerBi.
SAP ECC experience preferred.
Experience working with enterprise level logistics systems, such as a Transportation Management System, Yard Management Systems, or Warehouse Management System is beneficial.

Salary and Benefits Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. LTI: This position is LTI eligible.
