Our client, a well-established private equity firm, is seeking a sharp, high-energy Executive Assistant to join its growing team. Founded seven years ago, the firm has built a strong reputation for excellence and operates in a lean, fast-moving, and highly collaborative environment. With around 20 people and a close-knit administrative team, this is an opportunity to step into a visible, impactful role at a firm that values initiative, ownership, and growth. This Executive Assistant will provide support across senior leadership, with a primary focus on the Managing Partner, while also supporting a small group of investment professionals. Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Partner (approximately 50% of the workload), as well as multiple senior investment professionals. Manage complex, ever-changing calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings with precision and urgency. Coordinate domestic and international travel, preparing detailed itineraries and proactively troubleshooting issues. Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment and discretion. Anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and stay several steps ahead in a fast-paced environment. Partner closely with the broader administrative team to ensure seamless coverage and collaboration. Assist with ad hoc projects, special initiatives, and anything else needed to keep the business running smoothly. Requirements
3–6 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within private equity, hedge funds, investment management, or a similarly fast-paced professional services environment. High energy, engaging, and confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude. Naturally proactive and resourceful; sees problems as opportunities to find solutions. Hungry, driven, and excited about long-term growth and potential within a firm. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure. Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond when needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working in a tech-forward environment. Hours
9:00am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday in person 24/7 availability via email and text as needed Compensation & Benefits
$125K base (DOE) $25K discretionary bonus 100% covered health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with 3% match Daily lunch provided
