Logistics Coordinator (Grief Analyst) – 1st Shift
Position Overview: As a Logistics Coordinator (Grief Analyst), you will provide systemic support throughout the lifecycle of grader parts, enabling a fluid manufacturing workflow from receiving to use in assembly lines.

Responsibilities
Track incoming parts and update status as they move through receiving, inspection, sort, rework, stocking, and release.
Escalate issues, support root‑cause identification, and recommend corrective actions for material‑handling quality and velocity.
Facilitate the speedy transfer of parts on grief file to point of use, communicating with supported lines to expedite material planning.
Maintain and track SAP and Microsoft Office transactions that correspond to physical material movements or requirements; keep other electronic documentation up to date.
Identify, document, communicate, and correct problems; report discrepancies and recommend solutions.
Participate in support projects as needed.
Required Qualifications (minimum)
Experience operating material handling equipment (counterbalance, turret, reach, picker).
Experience distributing and managing counts of parts for manufacturing teams.
Two years’ cumulative experience in logistics.
Two years’ cumulative experience navigating Mach 1 / SAP in a warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
A two‑year degree.
Caterpillar Paving Products experience.
Physical Requirements
Operate material handling equipment and hand tools.
Exposure to magnets that may impact medical devices.
Operate overhead cranes, jib cranes and hoists.
Lift up to 35 lbs frequently.
Work at multiple heights.
Work in awkward positions: forward reach, lateral reach, squat, overhead reaching, twisting, and forward head and neck rotation.
Repetitive grasping, pushing, pulling, rotating.
Work Environment
Limited exposure to welding fumes and noise levels ≥ 85 dB.
Exposure to magnets that may impact medical devices.
Work in environment with frequently changing temperatures.
Required personal protective equipment.
Schedule and Location Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. – 2 p.m. Overtime is available on a voluntary basis with leader prior authorization.
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN.
Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: $22.05 per hour.
Summary pay range: $21.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience).
