Lead the growth of cutting-edge simulation centers and labs
Partner with academic leadership to align innovation with outcomes

What You’ll Do
Advance a forward-thinking vision for experiential learning and simulation
Integrate emerging technologies and best practices into academic programs
Provide operational leadership for simulation centers and skills labs
Mentor simulation leaders, educators, and staff
Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Use data and outcomes to drive quality and accreditation readiness
Required What You Bring
Active Utah RN license
Master’s degree in Nursing
Passion for experiential learning and student success
Preferred
Doctoral degree
CHSE certification (or willingness to obtain)
5+ years of simulation or experiential learning leadership
