Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily showroom sales operations
Actively work with customers throughout the sales process to
maximize closing opportunities
Negotiate terms, and finalize transactions efficiently
Set the pace on the showroom floor by leading through example
Coach and motivate the sales team to improve closing ratios and performance
Ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience from greeting to delivery
Collaborate with F&I, internet sales, and management to close deals smoothly
Maintain high standards of professionalism, urgency, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Showroom Manager, Sales Manager, or high-performing automotive sales professional
Documented high closing ratios
and consistent sales success
Strong customer-facing and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive under pressure in a
fast-paced, high-volume environment
Confident, professional, and results-driven mindset
Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and CRM systems
