PRN Patient Transporter – Overnight – Emergency Department
Location: Suburban Hospital, Bethesda, MD 20814
Employment Type & Schedule Casual/On‑Call (PRN) with Day Shift (12:00 pm – 8:30 pm). 2‑week rotation: Week 1 – Monday & Saturday; Week 2 – Sunday & Wednesday. Holiday rotation work required.
Compensation Hourly rate: $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
Transfer non‑ambulatory inpatients between nursing units and ancillary departments for diagnostic testing, rehab, therapy, and other destinations as assigned.
Facilitate treatment and health care for patients during transport.
Assist with transport logistics and patient care during transfers.
Educational Requirements & Preferences
High School Diploma or GED required.
Current CPR Heartsaver required.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting desirable.
