ABM is seeking an Assistant Custodial Manager. The main focus of this role is to ensure the growth, operational, and financial success of the branch. The Assistant Custodial Manager must lead a diverse team, engage in regular client interaction, develop internal and external relationships, deliver financial goals, manage and forecast an accurate budget, manage vendors, interface with senior leadership, and continuously develop operational team members.

Schedule Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Compensation $45k-$50k annual salary (US Dollars). The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Ensure service quality meets client expectations.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
Lead and motivate your team to achieve excellence.
Manage budgets, vendors, and operational goals.
Support special projects and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with audits and safety standards.
Foster positive relationships with labor unions.
Drive financial success by managing expenses and expanding services.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
Strong understanding of service industry trends and operations.
Experience in janitorial services within hotel, hospital, education, retail, or sports & entertainment sectors.
