Primary Responsibilities
Performs all the essential functions of an Iron Technician I.
Mentors current Iron Technician I’s.
Driving duties as assigned.
Inventories incoming and outgoing iron, as well as additional inventory requirements for the Flowline Department.
Sends in Packing Slips to be received by the receiving department.
Palletizes iron for shipping and receiving.
Practices thorough knowledge of Flowline components and LBRT specifications.
Assists District Flowline Manager with physical Quarterly Equipment Audits.
Applies knowledge of PPE requirements for each vendor and wears proper PPE on LBRT facility.
Handles and performs assigned tasks safely.
Verifies third-party Iron to meet LBRT specifications.
Vast knowledge of Flowline Iron from all MFG and LBRT testing standards.
Communicates with Frac Crews on iron requests sent to the Flowline department.
Performs Crew Iron Audits.
Reviews and edits Flowline Iron Reports as necessary.
Maintains Iron Inventory Reports and Scrap Iron Reports in the Iron Inventory App.
Gains knowledge of LBRT Safety Incident Protocol.
Demonstrates thorough understanding of No-Go Gages.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions / Environment
Regularly operates in a highly safety-conscious environment, outdoor and indoor.
Regularly be exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes and noise.
Frequently required to stand and reach with hands and arms. The employee will frequently lift or move a minimum of 100 pounds.
Frequently be exposed to Forklifts and all-weather conditions.
Required to wear PPE including safety toed boots, safety glasses, and hard hat in most areas of facility.
Salary $22-28/hr (Compensation may vary based on qualifications)
