Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Delhi, OH. The Retail Store Manager will oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including managing staff, providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining inventory. Additional responsibilities include training and supervising team members, ensuring a clean and organized store environment, implementing promotional strategies, analyzing sales data, and ensuring that the store meets its financial and organizational goals.
Qualifications
Retail management, team leadership, and staff supervision skills
Proven ability in customer service and handling customer queries
Sales management, inventory control, and stock management expertise
Problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in fashion or apparel retail is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
