Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role located in the Greater Richmond Region. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, organizing store displays, and maintaining adherence to company policies and standards. The Assistant Manager will also play an active role in training and coaching team members, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring an efficient and welcoming store environment. Qualifications
Leadership and team management skills to oversee staff and training activities Customer service and communication skills to engage with customers and resolve inquiries Inventory management and organizational abilities for effective store operations Knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and merchandising principles Ability to work collaboratively and support the Store Manager High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or retail certification is a plus Previous experience in a retail or supervisory role is highly preferred
