Position Overview The Bookkeeper will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting functions for the firm’s clients. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients.
Perform bank and account reconciliations.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and post journal entries.
Assist with payroll processing and related filings.
Generate financial reports and support month-end and year-end close.
Communicate with clients regarding bookkeeping inquiries and deliverables.
Qualifications
3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a public accounting or CPA firm environment.
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Competitive salary up to $75,000.
Hybrid work schedule (in-office and remote).
