Create-A-Pack Foods is a food co-packer and manufacturer located in beautiful Lake Country Wisconsin with locations in both Ixonia as well as Oconomowoc. Over the past 25 years, Create-A-Pack has grown from an entrepreneurial vision to a multimillion dollar operation that employs over 200 local employees.

In the Account Manager role, you will serve as a main point of contact for the customer and strive to receive and process customer orders, requests, and complaints in an effective and timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Facilitate conversation with customers to discuss and coordinate forecasts, new items, and obtain missing information Create Bill of Materials Manage customer supplied and internal customer reports Monitorsmaterial qualtities to ensure on hand inventory meets the production schedule’s needs and updates the production scheduler as needed Receive and process purchase orders promptly and communicate production updates to customers by working closely with internal stakeholders (production, scheduling, etc.) Coordinate with warehouse and shipping brokers to schedule finished product pickups Input cycle counts and shipping/receiving information into the ERP system Plan and communicate finished goods/material transfers between CAP locations as needed Audits inventory for accuracy and reports discrepancies to appropriate personnel Eligibility for generous quarterly profitability bonuses
