House, New Mexico Join NextEra Energy, the nation's largest infrastructure developer. Critical front-line role ensuring safe and optimal wind farm operations. Focus on equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and long-term reliability. Key Responsibilities: • Execute Safety Management System procedures and OSHA compliance • Work outdoors at heights in various weather conditions • Troubleshoot electrical components (relays, breakers, contactors) • Maintain mechanical components (motors, gear drives) • Perform routine annual preventative maintenance • Operate provided tablet technology • Collaborate on maintenance solutions and improvement projects • Support recruitment and development of other technicians • Assist with safety/environmental reporting and turbine availability • Participate in Lean Six Sigma processes What We Offer:

Performs regular preventative maintenance and repair on wind turbine power generation equipment Completes electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting Maintains all company supplied equipment, facilities and tooling Applies basic understanding of the technical and process functions Manages own training schedules and meets all training requirements within designated time frames Able to meet attendance requirements Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications

High School Grad / GED Experience: 0+ years Valid Driver's License (NON CDL) Ability to climb a wind turbine up to 300 feet Post-Offer Functional Capacity Eval Preferred Qualifications
