Commercial Assembly Operator II

* High School Diploma or GED is required; Technical Certificate is preferred* 1+ years of previous experience in Aerospace or Commercial Manufacturing is required.* Combination of previous experience and education will be considered.* Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, shop routers, and visual specifications.* Familiarity with aircraft nomenclature and configuration is preferred.* Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and product acceptance criteria is preferred.* Strong problem-solving and communication skills are highly preferred.* Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment* Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.* May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.* Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.* Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
