* Perform manual deburring and edge breaking on machined aerospace parts using hand tools (files, stones, scrapers, Scotch-Brite, etc.).* Remove sharp edges, burrs, and surface imperfections per engineering drawings, process sheets, and customer specifications.* Follow written work instructions, routers, and visual aids to ensure consistent workmanship.* Demonstrates familiarity with applicable Boeing BAC specifications and follows defined requirements.* Inspect own work for basic conformance to dimensional, cosmetic, and surface finish requirements.* Properly handle parts to prevent damage, contamination, or foreign object debris (FOD).* Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S and safety standards.* Use basic measuring and inspection tools (calipers, radius gauges, visual comparators) as trained.* Identify and escalate nonconforming conditions to leads or quality personnel.* Adhere to AS9100 quality requirements, safety procedures, and company policies.* Perform manual deburring and edge breaking on machined aerospace parts using hand tools (files, stones, scrapers, Scotch-Brite, etc.).* Remove sharp edges, burrs, and surface imperfections per engineering drawings, process sheets, and customer specifications.* Follow written work instructions, routers, and visual aids to ensure consistent workmanship.* Demonstrates familiarity with applicable Boeing BAC specifications and follows defined requirements.* All Other Duties as Assigned.* High School Diploma/GED is required.* 3+ years of previous experience in Aerospace industry is required.* Combination of education and previous experience will be considered.* AS9100 awareness or internal quality system training is preferred.* FOD prevention certification is preferred.* Boeing BAC specification training is preferred.* Customer workmanship standards is preferred.* Inspection or measurement training is preferred.* Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.* May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.* Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking.
