Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
– Position: Full-Time; Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year; Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Location: Indiana
Job Summary We are hiring an Indiana-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families. This role focuses on relational work, communication patterns, and family dynamics while also supporting clinical quality through case guidance and supervision. The work is structured, consistent, and centred on practical progress for clients.
Responsibilities
Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
Assess relational patterns and define treatment goals
Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
Provide supervision and consultation to associate therapists
Review cases for ethical and regulatory alignment
Adjust treatment strategies based on outcomes
Qualifications
Active Indiana
LMFT
license
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Experience with couples and family systems
Supervisory experience preferred
Comfortable managing a virtual caseload
