Full-Time Salary:
$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:
Indiana
Role Summary This role focuses on delivering virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families across Indiana. You will work with relational patterns, communication challenges, and life transitions while also supporting clinical quality through case consultation and oversight. The work is structured, consistent, and centered on measurable progress.
Responsibilities
Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
Conduct relational assessments and establish treatment goals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Offer supervision and case consultation to associate clinicians
Review cases for ethical and regulatory alignment
Adjust treatment approaches based on outcomes
Qualifications
Active Indiana LMFT license
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Experience providing systemic or relational therapy
Prior supervision experience preferred
Comfortable managing a virtual caseload
