Compensation Base Pay:
Guaranteed
$20/hr, plus performance-based incentives (non-commission based).

Schedule Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time. Typical Shift Times: Monday–Friday between 10 AM and 9 PM. Weekend shifts are available after your evaluation. Minimum Availability Required: Three full, 7‑hour shifts per week (minimum 21 hours).

Have real, face-to-face conversations with people
Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism and care
Educate the public about social, environmental, and humanitarian causes
Help secure long‑term, sustainable monthly support
Work toward clear daily and weekly goals
Receive ongoing training, feedback, and mentorship
