Location: Los Angeles, CA
Primary Work Setting: Door‑to‑Door / Street / Mixed
Base Pay:
Guaranteed
$20/hr, plus performance‑based incentives (non‑commission based). Benefits become available after 3 months of full‑time employment.
Employment Type: Full‑time / Part‑time
Typical Shift Times: Monday–Friday between 10 AM and 9 PM. Weekend shifts available after evaluation.
Minimum Availability: Three full 7‑hour shifts per week (minimum 21 hours).
About the Role As a Fundraiser, you will:
Have real, face‑to‑face conversations with people.
Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism and care.
Educate the public about social, environmental, and humanitarian causes.
Help secure long‑term, sustainable monthly support.
Work toward clear daily and weekly goals.
Receive ongoing training, feedback, and mentorship.
You’ll spend your day out in public spaces, talking with people — not sitting behind a desk.
