Job Summary
Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position:
Full-Time Salary:
$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:
Oklahoma We are seeking a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist to provide telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. This position offers a reliable weekday schedule and a defined caseload. You will concentrate on therapeutic work that supports healthier communication, emotional regulation, and long-term relational change.
Responsibilities
Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions remotely
Complete relational assessments and clinical intakes
Create and maintain goal-based treatment plans
Track progress through consistent documentation
Apply family systems and evidence-based approaches
Maintain compliance with Oklahoma LMFT regulations
Qualifications
Active Oklahoma
Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT)
license
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Experience working with relational and systemic concerns
Confidence using telehealth technology
Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
