Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Fleet Coordinator / Warehouse Assistant to join our organization. This role is crucial in supporting both our fleet and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth delivery, inventory management, and facility upkeep. Key Responsibilities
Assist with general warehouse duties, including cleaning and organizing.
Pick and prepare daily HVAC and plumbing orders for delivery.
Drive company vehicles for deliveries and support fleet coordination.
Oversee vehicle maintenance, scheduling service, and basic repairs.
Utilize computer and inventory management software for record-keeping, scheduling, and reporting.
Manage daily purchasing of parts and supplies; restock and track inventory.
Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counting of vans.
Register warranties for parts and equipment as needed.
Operate small machinery (or demonstrate willingness to learn).
Contribute to special projects as assigned by management.
Support overall warehouse operations, including assisting colleagues.
Apply Service Titan software knowledge for workflow optimization (preferred but not required).
Work flexible hours, with overtime as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse operations or fleet management.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in learning small machinery operation.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving inventory.
Strong attention to detail for inventory counting and record-keeping.
Computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Flexible approach to tasks and working hours (between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM).
Proactive, dependable, and supportive team player.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Service Titan or similar workflow management software.
Background in HVAC or plumbing supply chain.
Previous purchasing or warranty registration experience.
Working Hours and Conditions
Flexible working schedule between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.
