Salary Range:
$39,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Set up and adjust production machinery and equipment according to specifications.
>Perform mold, die, or tooling changes and equipment calibration. Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions and process issues during production.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs on manufacturing equipment.
Monitor machine performance, cycle times, and product quality during production runs.
Document setup parameters, maintenance activities, and production records accurately.
Assist in training machine operators on proper equipment use and safety procedures.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience (2-5 years) in setting up, adjusting, and operating manufacturing machinery.
Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for production equipment.
Proficiency with precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and basic quality control principles.
Understanding and adherence to safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with PLC programming or basic robotics operation/troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., SMED, 5S) or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in CAD software for interpreting or making minor adjustments to setup diagrams/fixtures.
Certification in a specialized area (e.g., advanced hydraulics, precision metrology, specific machine brand operation).
