Role Summary The full‑time Door Shop Manufacturer acts as a production/warehouse associate and assembler on a pre‑hanging door assembly line, maintaining equipment and assembling doors.
Responsibilities
Operate machines using power saws, air nail guns, staplers and other tools to prepare wood material for door assembly.
Complete forklift training, certification, and operation.
Load, unload, store and package production material from the warehouse as needed.
Monitor quality assurance throughout the production process.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, observing all safety rules posted in the warehouse.
Qualifications
Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one‑on‑one.
Apply common sense to carry out simple one‑ or two‑step instructions; handle standardized situations with occasional or no variables.
Periodically lift up to 80 pounds.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
