What You’ll Do
Draft and organize pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and trial exhibits
Conduct legal research and summarize findings
Manage case files and deadlines using case management software
Coordinate depositions, hearings, and client meetings
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts
What We’re Looking For
3+ years
of employment law litigation experience (plaintiff- side preferred)
Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in legal research tools and e-discovery platforms
