Maintenance Technician

Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa is located on 180 acres in the red rock canyons of western Colorado. The resort offers lodging, dining, UTV and Jeep tours, horseback riding, full‑service spa, and air tours. This is a full‑time, year‑round position with a compensation range of $20.00–$22.00 per hour. Responsibilities

Maintain the general condition of the property, covering basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and mechanical work. Complete maintenance request work orders from all departments on a timely basis. Participate in the preventive maintenance program for all-building equipment and rooms. Assist in special projects assigned by the Property Operations Manager. Maintain timelines and work schedule in accordance with the preventive maintenance program. Check work orders and night reports for issues, make rounds to verify problem areas, and note safety concerns. Coordinate work with the Rooms Director as part of the preventive maintenance program. Perform general maintenance to guestrooms and public areas. Assist other engineering personnel with routine and preventive maintenance as instructed by supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Ensure security of any assigned keys. Qualifications

Working knowledge of power and hand tools, meters, and related technical equipment. Current driver’s license. Benefits
