Position Overview
Maintenance Technician – Weekend Nights

Sign‑on bonus: $5,000. Compensation: $22.00–$34.00 per hour, with final offers varying by experience, skills, and qualifications.
Shift Availability
Weekend Night – Friday 5:00 pm to Sunday 5:30 am
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems, welding, and carpentry.
Assist production with machine setups as needed.
Prepare new equipment for setups, including assembling parts.
Work with machine vendors to assist in repairing machines.
Assist in the installation of equipment as needed.
Complete forms, records, and reports manually and online to document maintenance tasks and repairs.
Requirements
2+ years of plant maintenance experience.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
Hands‑on mechanical skills.
Knowledge of hydraulics, HVAC, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Welding schooling preferred.
Experience troubleshooting electro‑mechanical systems preferred.
Experience in a production environment preferred.
General working knowledge of PLCs a plus.
Experience interacting with HMIs a plus.
Experience reading diagrams, schematics, drawings or blueprints (electrical/technical) a plus.
Experience using a variety of tools and materials for machine and building maintenance.
Strong organizational and time management skills required.
Proficient with computers and online‑based programs.
Physical Work Conditions
Maintenance shop; standing up to 8–12 hours a day.
Work with or around power tools, loud equipment, and chemicals.
Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
