Nurse Manager, Telemetry/Med/Surg

Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Clarksdale, MS, for a Nurse Manager specializing in the Telemetry/Med/Surg unit. The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and operations in the unit, ensuring high‑quality patient care through supervision, collaboration, and adherence to clinical standards. Daily tasks include staffing, performance evaluations, implementing care protocols, facilitating communication among medical teams, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

Experience in Nursing Management, including team leadership and administrative skills

Strong foundation in Nursing with an understanding of patient care processes

Expertise in Critical Care Medicine and advanced knowledge of Telemetry and Med/Surg care preferred

Ability to deliver exceptional Patient Care while supporting and educating a multidisciplinary team

Active RN license in the state of Mississippi (or eligibility for licensure)

BSN required; MSN or related advanced degree preferred

Proven ability to manage operations effectively and work collaboratively in a healthcare environment.
