Description Join our remarkable care team as an RN in the 5E telemetry-capable Medical-Surgical unit. Experienced Canadian Registered nurses encouraged to apply. The unit provides care for patients with hypertension, chest pain, electrolyte imbalances, acute kidney injury, COPD, and more. The RN will coordinate and evaluate care, teach, delegate, and provide patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and evaluate patient care during a designated timeframe.
Use the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Teach and delegate patient activities to other health-care team members.
Utilize therapeutic use of self.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; Associate’s degree in Nursing required.
BSN degree preferred or written agreement to obtain a BSN within five years.
Current RN licensure in Michigan required.
BLS required.
Previous medical-surgical experience preferred.
Computer proficiency and excellent customer-service skills.
