QUALIFICATIONS
5 years property management experience
Experience with NYC mixed use and multi-family properties
Experience with leasing and lease renewals
Building Maintenance
Excellent tenant relations
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Yardi or related software
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the oversight of a portfolio of mixed-used, multi-family properties totaling 348 apartment units.
Oversee and communicate daily with building staff and/or third-party vendors
Ensure all buildings are well maintained and all building systems are in good working order
Abide by annual DHCR/HPD guidelines ensuring buildings and apartments are properly registered
Correspond with residents and address all questions and concerns
Log and review resident work orders and coordinate access dates between superintendent, vendors, and residents
Monitor and timely certify HPD/DOB/ECB violations
Provide weekly updates on legal reporting for the buildings along with aged receivables and rent collection status
Oversee all marketing and leasing processes, including application approvals, lease renewal generation ensuring DHCR compliance, and creating guest cards on Yardi
Review monthly budget/variance reports and communicate with accounting staff to note any major variances and/or accruals
